Byron's three appearances in the postseason

Byron has been a force on and off the gridiron for three consecutive years. In each of these years, it has reached the semifinals. While it hasn't been challenged as often this year, the Wildcats have answered the bell when it matters most. Byron is coming off a 70 loss to IC Catholic state semifinals in 2017.

After his Rookie of the Year season in 2018, Byron has continued to improve his stats. Despite not making the playoffs twice Byron has nine top-10 finishes. He wants to continue that momentum in next season. He sees Charlotte Motor Speedway's "roval", which is his most difficult track, as his greatest challenge. However, Byron also looks forward to returning to tracks he raced this season. His playoff run starts Sunday at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
