Allgaier was making his full-time debut in ARCA Racing Series during the 2006 season. He earned one win and finished 10th. In 2006, Allgaier won his first career race at Illinois State Fairgrounds Racetrack. He was also the first driver from Springfield. In 2007, he had a busy year, making three starts for MB and finishing fourth in the ARCA standings. He won his second and third midget features at Angell Park Speedway.
